Refund policy

I have excellent customer reviews and satisfaction, but here is the technical stuff that one must cover.

I gladly accept cancellations if they are requested before shipping, or making a custom order. Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. I will honor cancellations IF the item has not yet shipped, or IF a custom order item has not yet been created. Please be prompt, as I try to fulfill orders quickly, sometimes within a few hours.

I can accept returns or exchanges, however, please be aware that shipping cost is not included in refunds. Shipping pottery back and forth is cost prohibitive due to current rates, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details:

*Items are all hand made, they are well matched and represented, but as each one is unique, there may be minor, subtle differences in size, shape, or glaze color that are a natural and desirable part of hand made pottery and not to be considered irregular.  Glaze batches may fire with minor variation, but they are similar, I have been using these clays, glazes, and kilns for years. I never sell seconds online, everything I ship is first rate quality.
*I take photos in a professional environment with studio lighting for accurate color, but please be aware that I cannot be responsible for color variation of different monitors and devices. 
*Custom Orders and "Made to Order" items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check your spelling carefully.
*Please contact me via message about any return due to damage during shipping, please include photos for insurance documentation. Do not discard the box! Several phots are required by the shipping services, so please contact me ASAP.
*if any items are damaged in shipping buyer must report to seller, and include photos within ten (ten) days of receiving goods.
*Items returned or exchanged must be in original packing material and in original condition, and with previously agreed upon conditions with seller.
*POSTAGE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
