Shipping policy

 Shipping for purchases under $100 is automatically calculated and added at checkout based on the weight and size of the package. Shipping is not one size fits all, and I make every effort to keep shipping costs low. Want free shipping? Add to your order!

*I have added free shipping to orders of $100 and more (domestic only). Items will ship either UPS or USPS depending on rates.

Pottery will be shipped within 1-3 days (usually 1-2 days) via USPS Priority or UPS at your choosing. Both of these options include up to $100 insurance (check with your carrier to be sure of current policy)  A few small items ship via USPS First Class mail as it is more cost effective for those specific items.

I have an excellent shipping success rate! Very few pots broken out of hundreds shipped in since 2014.

I use new boxes made from recycled materials. I wrap very carefully with clean, recycled air bubble bags for light weight shipping. Packages have a professional label presentation, with tissue inside, ready to be opened as a gift. Pricing information is never sent with the item in case it is a gift.
