These Vases from Fern Street Pottery are thrown on the potters wheel, by Meredith. The vases are thrown with a stoneware clay and fired to over 2100 degrees. The shape is inspired by classic Heath pottery while they are glazed in beautiful glazes that play and drip- Expect variation, that is the fun part!
The vases are weighted slightly heavier at the base so that they are stable. They have a small neck & hole at the top which is perfect for a single stem or a few small flowers from the garden.
Each one is handcrafted one at a time. They match well, but no two are exactly alike. They look striking in a set. The vases have a flat-trimmed bottom. Approximately 4-5” tall.
